Stockton Nursing Home has provided Long-Term nursing care to Stockton, Missouri and surrounding communities since 1975.  Initially licensed by the State of Missouri as a 60-bed Intermediate Care facility, SNH has grown to a 102-bed Skilled Nursing facility certified by Medicaid and Medicare. Our home also features FitzRoy Hall, a 14-bed special care unit for Alzheimer's and related disorders.   We feature transitional living suites - apartment-like units that offer  graduated care and payment structure.

These progressive changes reflect our desire and commitment to accommodate the needs of our community.
